Flowerstock brings together the top floral design educators in a celebration of all things flowers. Our 2021 event is happening virtually on November 9th, and we have a fantastic lineup of educators from around the world ready to teach you the latest in design and sustainable practices.
Paulina Nieliwocki of Blue Jasmine Floral will show you how to create flowing floral designs. Her class, Asymmetrical Centerpiece Design, will focus on making structurally strong pieces that still hold the whimsy of the natural world.
"This year, I would love to show you how to create a flowing design that feels structural yet garden-inspired, using fresh and dried products."
Paulina opened Blue Jasmine in 2014 with the idea of providing and teaching an aesthetic that spoke to her idea of beauty – wild, whimsical, artful, and refined. From her studio in New Jersey, she tells unique stories with her arrangements by letting the flowers and foliage guide her.

As we get ready to unveil Flowerstock 2021’s educator line-up, we’ve been remembering how wonderful last year’s teachers were. We all know that 2020 wasn’t the easiest of years to get through—to put things very lightly. Ending a tough year with a beautiful celebration of flowers and with people from around the world was exactly the boost of joy that our lives needed.
For those of you who attended Flowerstock 2020, you still have access to all of the classes, just as our 2021 attendees will be able to watch and rewatch their classes. If you weren’t able to join in the fun, here’s a look back at what we learned in 2020 and the sort of valuable education that you can look forward to for this year’s Flowerstock.

Flowerstock 2021 is happening November 9th. We are so excited to share our love of flowers, floral design, and making a positive impact on the world through our work. Flowerstock brings our community together. We can grow and learn through classes taught by the best educators inside and outside of our floral industry.
As we gear up for the big day, we want to look back at Flowerstock’s inspiration and values, what we’ll be focusing on in 2021, and reminisce about what we learned last year.
How Flowerstock Started

Flowerstock was originally hosted at her Hope Flower Farm, but due to Covid, had to move online for 2020. Surprisingly enough, that only helped Flowerstock grow. We were able to involve more teachers and attendees, and what could be more comfortable than...
